"The Tertiary Decree checklist"

The tertiary sector accounts for a major share of energy consumption in France, and makes a significant contribution to greenhouse gas emissions. To reverse this trend, the Tertiary Sector Decree requires buildings over 1,000 m² to progressively reduce their final energy consumption: -40% by 2030, -50% by 2040 and -60% by 2050.
